About The Position

We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our team! Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and energized by keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? We’re looking for a Sales Administrator to support our Sales and Marketing teams by managing data, coordinating events, and ensuring deals move forward accurately and on time. This role is critical to keeping our sales process efficient and our internal teams aligned. Requirements

  • Must be Respectful, Reliable, and Responsible
  • 2–4 years of experience in a Sales Admin, Sales Operations, or similar role
  • Experience supporting a sales team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
  • Experience preparing proposals and managing calendars
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • B2B sales support experience
  • Event coordination experience
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations
  • Familiarity with scorecards, dashboards, or metrics tracking

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and manage discovery calls for the Sales team
  • Prepare proposals, analyses, and Letters of Agency
  • Coordinate pricing details and ensure proposal accuracy
  • Organize deal folders, site surveys, maps, and documentation
  • Coordinate internal handoff meetings for new communities
  • Create and maintain contacts, leads, deals, and records in HubSpot
  • Manage sales sequences and activity tracking
  • Maintain accurate data for reporting, forecasting, and follow-up
  • Update records for new, onboarding, and lost communities
  • Coordinate Lunch & Learns, Meet & Greets, Expos, and other events
  • Partner with Marketing on advertising and promotional opportunities
  • Track association events, renewals, and sign-ups
  • Maintain Sales and Marketing calendars
  • Support customer appreciation and gifting initiatives
  • Send new community announcements to internal teams
  • Communicate deal handoff details to Operations teams
  • Support weekly Sales & Marketing meetings and scorecards
  • Coordinate re-engagement efforts for lost communities
