About The Position

Express Lab is looking to hire a full-time Receptionist/Phlebotomist for our Idaho Falls, ID, location. This role involves multiple aspects of patient care, including ordering laboratory testing, creating patient accounts, and contributing to a healing environment. The position also includes triaging patient and provider calls, providing excellent customer service to walk-in patients, and performing phlebotomy as needed.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or higher
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Certified or have experience in phlebotomy
• Basic computer skills
