About The Position
Express Lab is looking to hire a full-time Receptionist/Phlebotomist for our Idaho Falls, ID, location. This role involves multiple aspects of patient care, including ordering laboratory testing, creating patient accounts, and contributing to a healing environment. The position also includes assisting with patient and provider calls, providing excellent customer service to walk-in patients, and performing phlebotomy services as required.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or higher
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Certified or have experience in phlebotomy
- Basic computer skills
