About The Position

Express Lab is looking to hire a full-time Receptionist/Phlebotomist for our Idaho Falls, ID, location. This position earns a competitive wage of $12 - $18 per hour depending on education and experience. Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or higher
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Certified or have experience in phlebotomy
• Basic computer skills

Nice To Haves

• Customer service or reception experience

Responsibilities

• Ordering laboratory testing
• Creating patient accounts
• Assisting in triaging patient and provider calls
• Providing excellent customer service to walk-in patients
• Performing phlebotomy as needed
