The role requires a thorough understanding of paperwork entry processes at both store and corporate levels, the ability to work independently, and the capacity to complete the paperwork auditing process in a timely manner. The individual will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all entered information, contacting locations for missing or additional information, and following up on requests. Discrepancies are to be reported to the Director of Loss Prevention. A key responsibility includes auditing daily store deposits by comparing the bank-issued deposit slip with the store's internal records, ensuring daily bank deposits are made. Maintaining an organized auditing system, meeting specified deadlines, and reporting any potential issues immediately are crucial. The role also emphasizes maintaining high productivity, accuracy, and efficiency, fostering a team-oriented demeanor through clear communication, making objective decisions, setting growth-oriented goals for employees, maintaining confidentiality of company information, and upholding a professional appearance and image in accordance with company policies and mission.
