About The Position
IRIS The Visual Group is looking for a Sales Associate to join our fast-paced Fredericton clinic. You will work alongside our IRIS Optometrists, Opticians, Manager and Team members to deliver our mission to our customers on a daily basis while adhering to the three values of IRIS; Passion, Honesty and Respect. This position is a Part-time position.
Requirements

- Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Be very comfortable with technology (both PC and Apple products)

- Be a fast and competent learner
Responsibilities
- Maintaining a friendly demeanor while answering patient inbound and outbound calls
- Ensuring the office emails are checked daily and relevant info is forwarded to the respective team members
- Hands on participation with Optical Sales
- Dispensing of glasses and contact lenses
- Pre-testing
- Special testing
- Delivering exceptional customer service to all and an openness to learn about the Optical industry to better guide patient inquiries
