IRIS Campbell River, BC is looking for a Receptionist - Optometric Assistant. If you are passionate about customer service, you are the right person for this position. Requirements
- Passionate customer service
Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls, emails, taking correct information and answering all questions efficiently, collecting health information
- Greet patients in a friendly courteous way and schedule or cancel optical examinations and appointments.
- Invoicing and/or insurance payments from patients.
- Pre-testing patients, prepping exam rooms, cleaning and setting up equipment, and showing patients how to care for contact lenses, perform tests such as OCT and VF.
- Answer a high volume of calls and maintain a high pace level of work
- Assisting the doctors when needed
