Responsibilities
- Greeting customers with courtesy and professionalism
- Making appointments, eye exam reminders, and eye exam confirmations
- Creating and updating patient files
- Performing tests prior to eye exam
- Supervising eye exam payment and producing end-of-day reports
- Other administrative tasks
