About The Position

The Receptionist Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control, and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently our Receptionist Officers will provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers. The Receptionist Officer is a customer service driven position. If you have receptionist, hospitality, or retail industry background, you are a great fit for this role.

Requirements

• Active Connecticut State Guard Card
• Active Connecticut State Driver's License
• Reliable transportation & Clean Motor Vehicle History
• High School Diploma or GED
• Calm, polite, and professional demeanor
• Reliable and self-motivated
• High level customer service

Nice To Haves

• 2 years of Security Experience preferred
• Military/ Law Enforcement experience may substitute
