The Receptionist/Office Coordinator maximizes efficiency and productivity by assisting in the management of all Office Operations, Owning Reception and facilitating the Retail department to meet and exceed sales goals and service expectations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative/office support role, preferably in a high-call-volume environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word and Excel).
  • Experience with Google programs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Answer the reception phone in a friendly, professional, and timely manner and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Accountable for monitoring the [email protected] email account when scheduled, and acting immediately on any inquiries, passing to the appropriate department or individual following the existing procedures.
  • Assist the owner with special projects, including but not limited to conference reports.
  • Operate registers and be able to follow all retail processes and procedures.
  • Facilitate customer callbacks and any appointments with Retail Associates.
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person
  • Monitor and restock coffee and kitchen supplies; brew coffee each morning.
  • Restock paper and maintain the copier/printer machines as needed.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
  • Update and maintain internal phone/contact lists.
  • Support office events and assist with occasional special projects.
