About The Position

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Outlook
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and skilled in wearing many hats
  • Team player with a growth mindset and can-do attitude
  • Self-starter who brings care and ownership to every task, big or small
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a knack for anticipating needs and independent problem solving

Responsibilities

  • Managing conference room calendars and preparing each room for planned daily meetings
  • Greeting and seating guests and offering them refreshments
  • Receiving and distributing mail and packages
  • Coordinating lunch orders for the team and overseeing delivery/pick-up
  • Taking inventory of and replenishing office supplies and snacks
  • Wiping down conference tables and ensuring facilities are tidy and presentable
  • Being part of a collaborative and supportive team of administrative assistants
  • Completing monthly expense reports and supplies checklist
  • Assisting with event work on an as-needed basis
  • Maintaining the water schedule for office plants
  • Assisting with ad-hoc tasks, as needed
