About The Position

Art City Auto Body is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to be the first point of contact for customers, insurance partners, and vendors. This role plays a key part in creating an exceptional customer experience while supporting the administrative functions of the collision repair facility.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• On time and reliable.
• Works well with others/team player

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, both in person and over the phone.
• Manage incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
• Schedule appointments and assist with intake of repair-related information.
• Maintain customer records and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Receive and distribute mail, deliveries, and other correspondence.
• Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and report preparation.
• Coordinate communication between customers, technicians, estimators, and insurance partners.
• Support the team in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate.
• Assign jobs to service advisors
• Assist Service advisors with A/R & Final Bills
