Delivering Solutions that Matter: Lead daily front desk operations by providing exceptional customer service, managing the multi-line phone system, and ensuring a professional, welcoming environment. Create and manage the Receptionist schedule, coordinate coverage, and support staffing needs to ensure seamless front desk operations. Train, mentor, and support Receptionist team members while ensuring compliance with front desk procedures, security protocols, and customer service standards. Perform administrative duties, including visitor management, deliveries, clerical support, and distribution of facility information.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Age 18+ years of age
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with residents, families, visitors, vendors, and team members.
  • Strong judgment, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while taking initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in general office procedures, administrative support, and clerical tasks, including experience with standard office equipment and computer applications.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English – both verbally and written
