About The Position

The Inforce Service Administrator/Reception role offers a variety of responsibilities, and we are seeking someone who ‘gets’ customer service and is looking for a challenging role in a fun environment. This role offers the opportunity to build strong relationships with our customers (Life Insurance Advisors) and carriers (Life Insurance Companies) through seamless customer service and support.

Requirements

  • A positive attitude, the constant desire to help others, curiosity, and the ability to deliver consistently
  • Clear written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to identify and analyze problems and provide optimal solutions
  • Previous life insurance industry experience
  • Practical experience with MS Office Suite and online meeting platforms
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

  • Liaise between policyholder, advisors and insurance carriers
  • Handle a variety of service inquiries throughout the lifecycle of a life insurance policy
  • Maintain an understanding of the different Insurance Carriers’ inforce-related processes
  • Exercise sound judgement when providing administrative support and guidance
  • Light reception duties including greeting walk-ins, mail handling, ordering supplies, and other miscellaneous office responsibilities
