We are looking for a Receptionist/Client Service Associate to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment. You’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills and obtain your insurance license while making a meaningful impact on our clients and team. This is a full-time position. The typical working hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5 pm. As a Client Service Associate, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Personal Lines department by assisting with phone calls, quotes, policy changes, carrier research, and documentation. You’ll also help ensure smooth communication with clients and carriers while contributing to the overall success of the team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our clients receive the best possible service. You’ll also support business activities and you will work closely with the team to achieve shared goals, nurture relationships with clients, and conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance standards are met. By maintaining accurate client and policy data within Gallagher systems and using our technology to improve productivity, you’ll help us deliver exceptional results.
