This is a PART TIME opportunity on our team 2-3 days during the week from 2:00PM-8:00PM and every other Saturday 8:30am-5:30pm. This position will serve the Sales & Parts Departments and must be able to work independently on the weekends in our front office. RESPONSIBILITIES: Operate switchboard telephone system Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold Provide basic information to callers who have general inquires Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers and record the amount received on the repair order and/or counter ticket. Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees Filing & scanning needs of Sales paperwork & title documents Assist the Controller with various clerical duties as needed REQUIREMENTS: Excellent communication and organizational skills Experience using Microsoft Office suite Well organized Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously Must be willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
