Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or cashier role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle money and perform basic math accurately
  • Proficiency with phone systems and basic computer applications
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Dependable with a positive attitude and a team player mindset
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers as they arrive at the dealership
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments
  • Answer and direct phone calls professionally
  • Maintain the reception area in a neat and orderly fashion
  • Provide information about dealership products and services as needed
  • Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned
