Requirements

Flexible schedule required, including weeknights and weekends.
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite is highly preferred.
Exceptional ability to actively listen and communicate customer needs to management and sales teams.
Polished personal appearance aligned with a luxury brand environment.
Must possess an acceptable motor vehicle driving record per dealership guidelines.

Responsibilities

Greet guests and operate the multi-line switchboard with a friendly, professional, and efficient demeanor.
Determine the nature of incoming calls, minimize hold times, direct callers accurately, and follow up promptly.
Calculate customer bills via the dealership system, process cash/check/credit payments, make change, and issue receipts.
Perform routine accounting functions across accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Handle customer complaints diplomatically, escalating to management when necessary.
Assist dealership managers with various clerical and administrative duties as needed.
