Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • High School degree; additional qualification as an administrative assistant

Nice To Haves

  • Automotive Receptionist or Automotive Cashier experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Vehicle Inventory maintenance
  • Maintain filing system
  • Data entry
  • Responsible for welcoming customers with a warm and sincere greeting
  • Ensures excellent service standards and maintains high customer satisfaction
  • Answers phone call in a professional and courteous manner
  • Transfers phone calls or take written messages when needed personnel not available
  • Receives, sorts, and forward’s incoming mail
  • Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc)
  • Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies
  • Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and filing
  • Shares cashier responsibilities and processes as required
  • Assists in duties across both sales and service departments
  • Follows company safety procedures and policies
  • Provide general support to team members, and Management.
