As a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant you will provide the following support: Handle daily communications via phone with customers as needed Answers and directs incoming phone calls and provides follow up if needed Checks in visitors, making sure they are aware of policies, view the safety video and provide any additional assistance to visitors Maintain office supplies and common office space Assist with onboarding new employees including building assignments, badges and orientation Provides training and guidance as needed to visitors Adhere to internal standards, policies and procedures. Assist employees with administrative office needs Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor Receive, sort, and distribute mail including shipping and receiving packages
