About The Position

National Service Bureau (NSB) is seeking positive, team-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistants to join our AWESOME Admin Team! Located in Sarasota, our Admin and Client Services Team provides office and administrative support to the company to enable us to best meet the needs of our clients.   • Answering phones professionally
  • Processing paperwork, correspondence, and emails
  • Opening and sorting mail
  • Data entry and data lookup
  • Creating and sending sensitive documents
  • Creating and updating spreadsheets and reports
  • Scanning, faxing, and filing
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Company meeting and event preparation
  • Running errands as needed
  • Regular, punctual attendance
