About The Position

Actively contribute to the customer and guest experience by ensuring prompt, positive interaction though both telephone and in-person contact. Also provide general office support through a variety of clerical activities that enhance the efficiency of the inventory department operations. This is a temporary-to-hire position. Successful candidates may be offered a regular full-time position after 90 days, based on performance, attendance, and business needs.

Requirements

  • Excellent telephone etiquette and verbal communication.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as accept direction on given assignments.
  • Patience to interact with a wide variety of individuals.
  • Flexibility to move from one task to the next as priorities shift.

Responsibilities

  • Professionally administer all incoming calls and ensure they are redirected accordingly.
  • Greet, sign in and direct visitors in a professional, friendly and hospitable manner.
  • Kitchen/Cafe duties and set ups
