About The Position

Requirements

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

  • Strong organizational and planning skills

Nice To Haves

  • Proficient in QuickBooks
  • Knowledge of Dash software a plus

Responsibilities

  • Answering and directing calls while providing basic company information
  • Sorting and distributing incoming faxes, emails, and other correspondence
  • Performing basic clerical duties
  • Handling basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Data Entry
  • Maintaining and updating spreadsheets and various files using Google Docs/Sheets and QuickBooks
  • Purchasing supplies and equipment as authorized by management
  • Monitoring office supply levels and reordering as necessary
  • Maintaining an orderly filing system and handling confidential material appropriately
  • Providing administrative support to management as requested
