About The Position

As a Reception Sales Associate at Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Destin, you will help create an exceptional guest experience while supporting membership and retail sales. This is not simply a front-desk position. Successful Spa Associates combine hospitality, organization, and sales while consistently following Hand & Stone guest-service and operating standards. Licensed estheticians are encouraged to apply. This opening begins as a part-time Reception Sales Associate position. It provides an opportunity to learn our spa, demonstrate performance, and earn consideration for future esthetician openings as business needs and positions become available.

Requirements

• Reliable availability for the required Sunday and closing rotation
• A genuine interest in helping and communicating with people
• Comfort discussing memberships, services, and retail products
• The ability to follow established procedures consistently
• A positive, dependable, and team-oriented approach
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Age 18 or older

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and create a professional, positive first impression
• Answer phones and schedule appointments accurately
• Explain membership benefits and recommend appropriate services and products
• Follow Hand & Stone guest-service and sales protocols
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready spa
• Work cooperatively with managers, service providers, and other Spa Associates
• Accept coaching and work toward individual and team performance goals
