This role is essential in ensuring smooth communication by managing inbound and outbound calls, scheduling, and message handling with professionalism and warmth. Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience working as a receptionist
  • Legal background is highly appreciated
  • Expected call volume: 31–45 calls per day
  • Proficiency with VOIP phone systems
  • Familiarity with Gmail for communication and scheduling
  • Competence in Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting
  • Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Support team operations with administrative tasks
  • Draft and send professional communications via Gmail
  • Place follow-up calls to clients and partners
  • Schedule calls and manage calendars efficiently

  • Collaborate with supervisor and team during meetings and huddles
  • Ensure callers feel welcomed and supported through excellent phone etiquette
  • Maintain call logs and records in Excel
  • Receive inbound phone calls and place outbound calls as needed
