Job Description: Job Duck is seeking a reliable and tech capable Legal Office Receptionist to support daily administrative operations and serve as a professional first point of contact for a legal office environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth communication by handling inbound calls, managing general inquiries, and supporting internal coordination across the team. The ideal candidate enjoys staying organized, communicates clearly, and feels comfortable using modern tools including AI driven software. This position is well suited for an administrative professional who takes ownership of their work and brings consistency, discretion, and professionalism to daily operations. There is also potential for long term growth, as the role may expand into an Executive Assistant or Legal Assistant position over time.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of proven experience as a receptionist of similar roles

Responsibilities

  • Provide general support to attorneys and staff
  • Answer inbound calls and route them appropriately
  • Respond to general phone and email inquiries
