Responsible for coordinating and sampling inbound hazardous and non-hazardous materials, ensuring that all inbound materials are in accordance with facility, state and federal regulations and are properly routed for disposal. This role involves arranging and tracking shipments, maintaining accurate inventory, creating load compositions for outbound shipments, generating shipping paperwork, and coordinating shipping schedules. The technician will also identify and resolve waste discrepancies, ensure proper waste segregation and storage, and communicate resolutions with receiving TSDFs. Additionally, they will enter inbound shipments into the tracking database, interact with drivers, ensure timely submission of receipts for financial deadlines, and maintain clear communication with internal operations and disposal facilities. Assistance with warehouse and drum pad housekeeping may also be required. Leads may review and sign manifests or coordinate with vendors, transporters, and treatment facilities. Performs other related duties as assigned.
