Responsible for coordinating and sampling inbound hazardous and non-hazardous materials, ensuring that all inbound materials are in accordance with facility, state and federal regulations and are properly routed for disposal. This role involves arranging and tracking shipments, maintaining accurate inventory, creating load compositions for outbound shipments, generating shipping paperwork, and coordinating shipping schedules. The technician will also identify and resolve waste discrepancies, ensure proper waste segregation and storage, and communicate resolutions with receiving TSDFs. Additionally, they will enter inbound shipments into the tracking database, interact with drivers, and ensure timely submission of receipts for financial and month-end deadlines. Clear communication with internal operations, disposal facilities, and others is essential. The role may also involve assisting with warehouse housekeeping and reviewing/signing manifests.
