This position reports directly to the Receiving Supervisor and is responsible for leading the receiving area to achieve production goals. The role involves preparing daily assignments, ensuring the security of the area, maintaining inventory accuracy, training new associates, and motivating employees to perform their best. The Team Lead must be able to plan to prevent part shortages and perform other duties as assigned. All applicants must follow job posting instructions and meet the deadline for submission to Human Resources. Successful applicants will be evaluated during their first 5 days in the new position and may be returned to their previous role if not capable of performing the new duties.
