About The Position

We're hiring a Receiving Team Lead (1st shift) to oversee warehouse operations and drive performance on the floor. Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, order preparation, and shipping to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment Oversee inventory control and stock rotation to maintain accuracy and optimize warehouse layout Supervise and support your team to meet operational goals while upholding safety, security, and compliance standards Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions that enhance productivity Oversee daily warehouse receiving activities, managing incoming shipments and directing your team to ensure all materials are received each day. Manage inventory control and stock rotation to maintain accuracy and optimize space utilization Lead your team to meet operational targets while ensuring compliance with safety, security, and procedural standards Identify process improvements and solve operational challenges to enhance efficiency and service quality
