Requirements

  • Supervisory experience
  • Experience in warehousing operations (receiving, storage, inventory control, quality control, spare part distribution, component part support)
  • Knowledge of Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures
  • Ability to adhere to Company compliance policies
  • Regular and reliable attendance

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with repairs and maintenance of equipment, including company vehicles and forklifts
  • Experience in developing replenishment plans for equipment

Responsibilities

  • Supervising a team to deliver safe, reliable, compliant, and efficient warehousing services, including storage of materials and repairs and maintenance of equipment, to achieve daily objectives.
  • Coordinating warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, quality control, spare part distribution, and component part support.
  • Supporting compliance tasks.
  • Ensuring the safe and proper storage of materials within delegation of responsibility.
  • Providing daily supervision to a team of direct reports and delivering basic skills training, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Scheduling repairs for warehouse maintenance, which may include company vehicles and forklifts.
  • Assisting in developing replenishment plans for equipment.
  • Adhering to Company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements.
  • Maintaining regular and reliable attendance.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
