Requirements

Supervisory experience
Experience in warehousing operations (receiving, storage, inventory control, quality control, spare part distribution, component part support)
Knowledge of Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures
Ability to adhere to Company compliance policies
Regular and reliable attendance

Nice To Haves

Experience with repairs and maintenance of equipment, including company vehicles and forklifts
Experience in developing replenishment plans for equipment

Responsibilities

Supervising a team to deliver safe, reliable, compliant, and efficient warehousing services, including storage of materials and repairs and maintenance of equipment, to achieve daily objectives.
Coordinating warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, quality control, spare part distribution, and component part support.
Supporting compliance tasks.
Ensuring the safe and proper storage of materials within delegation of responsibility.
Providing daily supervision to a team of direct reports and delivering basic skills training, coaching, and mentoring.
Scheduling repairs for warehouse maintenance, which may include company vehicles and forklifts.
Assisting in developing replenishment plans for equipment.
Adhering to Company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements.
Maintaining regular and reliable attendance.
Performing other duties as assigned.
