Receiving Supervisor - 3rd Shift

As a Receiving Supervisor, you’ll serve as a hands-on working supervisor, balancing leadership responsibilities with day-to-day operational work in a fast-paced industrial environment. You’ll oversee receiving operations for your shift, inventory activities, and sampling while helping maintain a safe, compliant, and productive workplace.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, or operations experience preferred
- Ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently
- Comfortable reading and working with SOPs, manifests, and bills of lading
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain attention to detail
- Must be able to work on-site and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, kneeling, and reaching throughout the shift
Nice To Haves
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily receiving operations, including inventory, sampling, labeling, and drum movement
- Lead and support shift personnel while maintaining productivity and safety standards
- Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures
- Conduct daily inspections to support compliance with operational and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate the proper transfer, storage, and processing of materials throughout the facility
- Monitor equipment condition and ensure maintenance or repairs are completed as needed
- Other duties as assigned
