About The Position

Rexel USA is seeking a Receiving/Put Away Clerk to join the Talley team in Woodridge, Illinois. The clerk inspects inbound materials and puts them away according to Talley procedures and work instructions. The position involves receiving and entering inventory data in Prelude, maintaining quality control, and organizing material through counting, inspection, staging, and bin placement. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Additional duties may be assigned as business needs dictate.

Requirements

Prelude experience is required.
One year of warehouse experience.
Must be able to operate a stand-up forklift.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to stand for long periods and bend and reach overhead.
Must be able to work under deadline pressure.
Ability to read and write in English.
Basic math skills.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Customer service skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

Offload inbound material as required.
Count and inspect all inbound material.
Receive products and enter inventory data as required.
Put away all received material in inventory.
Enter data into Prelude.
Separate and stage received material from material that has not yet been counted.
Find bin locations for material that has not been previously stocked.
Perform quality control on all products.
Work with urgency while remaining organized and detail-oriented.
Adapt to change and handle high-stress situations calmly and effectively.
