As a Material Handler, you’ll play a hands on role in keeping our warehouse running smoothly by maintaining stock, fulfilling orders, unloading deliveries, staging products, and keeping inventory organized and accurate. Your work ensures the right products are always in the right place at the right time. Reporting to the Receiving Department Shift Supervisor, you’ll be a key part of our mission to lead the industry in quality and exceed expectations every day. You’ll support a fast paced bakery operation of more than 600 team members who work together to create our iconic cheesecakes and memorable experiences our guests love. Requirements

  • Bring 3 or more years of hands on experience working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Have at least 3 years of experience operating forklifts with confidence and safety in mind.
  • Comfortable lifting and moving items weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the workday.
  • Available and flexible to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts as needed.
  • Known for strong attention to detail and a commitment to getting things right the first time.
  • High school diploma or GED required, or equivalent relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Stay hands on by reviewing pick sheets and pulling the right products to deliver accurate, on time customer orders.
  • Keep operations moving by unloading delivery trucks and verifying each shipment against purchase orders.
  • Work closely with management and purchasing teams to quickly identify and resolve missing or incomplete deliveries.
  • Take ownership of inventory accuracy by labeling, stocking, and tracking materials using the Ross system scanner.
  • Support daily production by locating, pulling, and verifying materials listed on the Material Requirements Report (pick list).
  • Track the movement of materials with precision by recording deliveries and storage locations through scanner transactions.
  • Receive returned materials from production, verify part numbers, lot numbers, and quantities, and return items to stock efficiently.
  • Help maintain a safe, productive workplace by completing required pre use inspections on material handling equipment.
  • Be a strong team player by pitching in where needed and contributing to shared goals and overall success.
