About The Position

The Receiving Floor Facilitator adds value to our Customers and our Co-Workers by being responsible for assisting the Supervisor in the direction and active participation in the daily operations of the Warehouse in a safe and efficient manner. This involves being a positive team member by delegating assigned shift tasks, ensuring the team is engaged, responding to requests from other departments, and participating in completing shift tasks. Requirements

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong English verbal communication skills
• Basic math functions
• Good English reading and writing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (reach truck, forklift etc) safely and efficiently.
• Ability to use computer software programs such as WMS system, Microsoft products etc.
• High School or equivalent
• MHE Certification required

Responsibilities

• Assign duties in a fair manner to complete shift goals as assigned by Receiving Supervisor.
• Participate in completing shift goals as assigned and ensuring urgent department requests are met.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with the Receiving Supervisor and other departments by providing accurate and timely response to internal department requests.
• Maintain and ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following and promoting company policies and safety procedures and ensuring a clean as you go mentality.
• As a member of the team, there may be other tasks assigned that are not listed above.
