CNA, Medical Floor | Night Shift (3x12)
About The Position
Join our Medical Floor team and provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients while working alongside nurses and other members of the care team. As a CNA, you’ll support patients with daily care needs, help create a safe and comfortable environment, and play an important role in the patient experience throughout their hospital stay. This is a great opportunity for a CNA who enjoys a fast-paced hospital environment, values teamwork, and wants to continue building their acute care experience. At Logan Health, our Medical Unit CNAs play a vital role in post-operative care, supporting patients recovering from a wide variety of procedures. You’ll work closely with RNs, providers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, compassionate care.
Requirements
- Montana CNA license in good standing
- Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills
- Compassionate, patient-first mindset
Nice To Haves
- Previous acute care or surgical unit experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including hygiene, mobility, and monitoring
- Support patients pre- and post-operatively with comfort, safety, and dignity
- Assist nursing staff with documentation and communication
- Collaborate with a high-performing care team focused on surgical recovery
