About The Position

The Receiving Equipment Operator is responsible for accurately putting away product in the designated locations throughout the Distribution Center, utilizing a cherry picker style lift and RF scanners. Requirements

• General understanding of warehouse or distribution center operations
• Safely and efficiently operate forklift and/or cherry picker equipment
• Ability to communicate proactively and effectively including comprehending and communicating detailed instructions, reading and writing, and having knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures as required by the position
• Ability and willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience in a Warehouse environment
• Must have experience operating forklift and/or cherry picker equipment
• Comfortable with heights up to 40ft. in the air
• Must be able to work flexible hours as determined by the needs of the department, including availability for weekends as needed
• Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment with Bob’s

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Cherry Picker lift up to 40ft. in the air
• Utilize RF scanners in order to identify and locate product
• Load staged product from dock area onto cherry picker lift
• Move product from lift into proper location on the storage racks
• Cooperate with team members to complete tasks and set goals
