Requirements
- Previous experience as a receiver in a retail or warehouse setting is preferred.
- Good computer skills for managing inventory software are required.
- Capability to handle, lift, and move, merchandise.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming merchandise, identifying damaged, mislabeled, or substandard products.
- Input and update purchase orders, shipping data, and product logs into the internal inventory system.
- Review paperwork, process vendor returns, and coordinate closely with merchandising managers regarding inventory deliveries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area and warehouse, adhering to safety protocols.
