About The Position
This role is for a Receiving Clerk on the 2nd shift, working Monday through Friday from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Overtime, including Saturdays, may be required. The position is located at 700 Airtech Parkway, Plainfield, IN 46168. The pay rate is $19.00 per hour plus a $2.50 per hour shift differential for the 2nd shift.
Requirements
- Previous warehouse, receiving, or inventory experience - required
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop, and lift 50lbs
- Basic understanding of inventory control and warehouse procedures.
- Effective communication skills - ability to work with drivers, carriers, and warehouse personnel
Responsibilities
- Receive product utilizing WMS while adhering to inventory management requirements
- Maintain quality standards by inspecting incoming shipments
- Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect shipments
- Follow all safety guidelines – safety shoes required
