Requirements

Must have a valid driver's license.
Must have a high school diploma or GED.
Must have at least 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Must have strong organizational and time management skills.
Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Experience with WMS software.
Experience with DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the daily/weekly maintaining of pallet tracking (where applicable), audit of driver logs and trip reports, log and driver file DOT requirements tracking.
Liaison for internal customer support.
Track all return goods as directed by the customer for close out of returns from the private fleet.
Various office and administrative duties, email, and miscellaneous reporting
Answering phone calls & emails
Coordinating shipments from warehouse to the plant utilizing software/WMS to control conveyor volume and slotting of units in the warehouse
Communication with the customer
Involve Safety team as required by location
Prioritize workload and have flexibility to adjust based on position requirements
Daily compliance reports
Other projects and tasks assigned by supervisor
