About The Position

The Millennium Hilton New York One UN Plaza is looking for a temporary Receiving Clerk to join our team! Our 439-room Midtown high-rise is the closest hotel to the United Nations and half a mile from Grand Central Station. We’re within one mile of Bryant Park, The Morgan Library, and Rockefeller Center. Take in unobstructed views of Manhattan and the East River skylines. Our historic Ambassador Grill and iconic lobby are both official New York City Interior Landmarks.

Responsibilities

Verify the accuracy and accept all purchased products into the hotel.
Assist in the daily operation of the storeroom to include, but not limited to, receiving and placing products, reconciling received items to purchase orders to verify accuracy, rotating stock, conducting inventory and issuing and delivering items to departments.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local and company regulations regarding storage, safety and sanitation.
