About The Position

Receiving Clerk in Salinas, CA - Apply now! This is a Temp Non-Exempt position. The pay rate is $17/hr. The shift is 2nd (3PM - 12 AM).

Requirements

  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMPs, housekeeping, safety standards, and all company policies.
  • Process data collection and database management for shop floor recordkeeping, including Visual Shop Floor, FSSC, project tracking, safety scorecards, and related documentation.
  • Perform daily production data entry in Microsoft Excel and/or Microsoft Access in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Generate and report production performance data from MicroStrategy to management as requested.
  • Validate data entries and identify, correct, and report non-compliant data within MicroStrategy and Microsoft Access systems.
  • Assist supervisors with meeting coordination and scheduling.
  • Initiate purchase requisitions using the appropriate G/L codes and assist with tracking supply inventory and expenditures.
  • Maintain inventory and manage production-related supplies as needed.
  • Create and revise presentations and reports to support production operations.
  • Serve as backup support for production meetings, staff meetings, and special events.
  • Provide front desk support as needed, including greeting visitors, managing the switchboard, and directing calls.
  • Ensure visitors follow sign-in/sign-out procedures and comply with company security policies.
  • Maintain daily employee sign-in sheets.
  • Assist with visits from auditors and government agencies, including FDA representatives, by communicating site safety and security procedures.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and shipments through USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
  • Complete additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned.
  • May handle sensitive and confidential information and documentation.
