About The Position

Arena Club is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receiving Associate to join their fast-paced team in Beaverton, OR. This role is ideal for individuals excited about trading cards, collectibles, or being part of a growing startup. The associate will be responsible for ensuring every card entering the facility is handled with care and precision. Full training will be provided, so prior warehouse experience is not required. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Unbox and carefully inspect inbound packages.
Compare manifest with physical products to ensure deliveries are complete.
Assess each product for damage.
Utilize Google Sheets to create orders for tracking further movement of products.
Assist in other departments as needed, including scanning, assembling, storage, fulfillment, and shipping.
Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked workspace for the next shift.
Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed.
