About The Position

Allure is hiring a reliable Morning Receiving Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This is an early-morning role focused on preparing the store for the day ahead — processing incoming shipments, verifying product accuracy, and organizing inventory so our fitting team can deliver a seamless customer experience. Shifts end at 11:00 AM, leaving your afternoons and evenings free. This position is available for the summer, with the opportunity to continue year-round for the right candidate.

Requirements

• Punctual, reliable, and comfortable working independently
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Able to lift and move boxes up to 30 lbs
• Comfortable using a tablet for basic data entry (training provided)
• No prior retail experience required — we'll teach you everything you need to know

Responsibilities

• Process incoming shipments by verifying product accuracy against packing slips and purchase orders
• Scan and submit receiving documentation from the Buying Office using Allure's tablet-based Receiving App
• Tag, sticker, and organize merchandise according to established standards
• Prepare sales floor and stockroom inventory for store opening
• Communicate shipment discrepancies or damages promptly to store leadership
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient receiving area
