About The Position

The Material Handler facilitates the movement of materials to production teams. This role is part of the Supply Chain Team at Beckman Coulter Life Sciences in Indianapolis, Indiana, and is performed onsite. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The associate joins a highly engaged receiving team, moves materials throughout the manufacturing facility, and learns to incorporate the Danaher Business System into daily operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of prior manufacturing or materials distribution experience.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively.

Nice To Haves

• Experience using Kanban to replenish materials.
• Experience using Oracle/ERP systems to complete timely and accurate material transactions.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the movement of materials to production teams.

• Participate as a member of the receiving team.
