About The Position

ESAB Corporation is hiring a Receiving Associate based in Denton, Texas. Reporting to the Distribution Supervisor, this role maintains and coordinates product receipt and replenishment activities in the distribution center. The associate receives, moves, stores, replenishes, picks, and packs products, and helps ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. The position requires operating warehouse equipment, following applicable regulatory standards and safety practices, and working collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and other departments.

Requirements

Fluent in English, including reading, speaking, and writing.
High school degree or equivalent.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Personal computer skills, including SAP, Microsoft Office, and Ship Exec.
Willingness to operate forklift equipment and work at heights of 30 feet.
Excellent communication skills.
Leadership capability.
Able to work required overtime.
Excellent work record, including attendance, attitude, and productivity.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge and experience with RF guns.
Heavy order fulfillment experience.
Forklift experience, particularly with reach trucks, order pickers, electric pallet jacks, and dock stockers.

Responsibilities

Load LTL trucks.
Receive, unload, and put away products.
Replenish products.
Pick FLIPs and consolidate PIDs.
Drop receivables and perform cycle counts.
Identify and address BIN issues.
Identify and troubleshoot purchase order issues.
Move materials using forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
Pull and pack customer orders, using product knowledge to fulfill them correctly and escalating issues as needed.
Work efficiently to attain goals.
Follow FDA, UL, or ISO regulatory agency standards or policies.
Perform other duties as assigned.
