About The Position

The Receiving Associate I is responsible for receiving incoming material from suppliers against Purchase Orders, loading and unloading trucks, verifying the accuracy of inbound and outbound material, and maintaining accurate shipment records. This role also involves managing the picking and receiving of parts for Honing, utilizing counting scales for accurate material counting, and adjusting material quantities to ensure accurate inventory. The associate will work with Quality to ensure a seamless inspection process, pull, pick, and ship material for Purchase Orders according to the purchasing production schedule for secondary processes, and use RF Scanners and Fourthshift for receiving material and making adjustments. Additionally, the role includes fulfilling Prototype order requests, ensuring material is properly located in appropriate stockrooms, and managing the movement of parts from receiving and secondary process lines to stock. The associate will develop an understanding of 7s duties, maintain and adhere to safety levels consistent with HydraForce and Government policies, and assist other material handling areas as needed. Responsibilities also include measuring, weighing, and counting products and materials, providing continuous improvement ideas, and performing delegated 7s duties. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.

Requirements

  • HS diploma or Equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Attention to detail
  • Beginner computer skills
  • Basic Math Skills
  • Coordinate workflow with other team members
  • Ability to count parts using a counting scale
  • Ability to operate material handling machinery such as pallet jacks, stackers and aerial lifts
  • Must have US work authorization. Indefinite U.S work authorized individuals only. Future sponsorship for work authorization is not available.
