About The Position

The Receiver is responsible for ensuring that North Fork Mono Casino is receiving the quality and quantity of merchandise ordered and that all outlets receive the products needed to give guests exemplary service. Responsibilities are performed in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures. This position will directly report to the Warehouse Supervisor.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
• Ability to operate electrical and manual pallet jacks.
• Knowledge of proper rotation procedures, including but not limited to first in / first out (FIFO) method.
• Flexibility, ability to handle multiple tasks, and establish priorities effectively.
• Basic math skills.
• Minimum of three (3) years experience as a receiver required.
• Forklift certification required or ability to acquire one (employer will provide upon hire).
• Valid California driver’s license and insurability required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Commission, which includes passing a background investigation.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Practicing, supporting, and promoting North Fork Mono Casino's culture and always demonstrating exemplary Service Standards.
• Properly rotating products in all freezers, storerooms and cold boxes.
• Delivering the proper product to the proper location.
• Verifying that invoices are correct by checking them against purchase orders.
• Inspecting delivered products.
• Signing and dating and time stamping all invoices and purchase orders.
• Obtaining signatures for all delivered products and assuming responsibility for the products.
• Being familiar with the location of the SDS booklet.
• Other job-related duties as assigned.
