Requirements

• Must successfully complete required training and certification processes.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Accurately receiving product and supporting the completion of the receiving report when required.
• Maintaining standards in the receiving department related to organization, cleanliness, safe operation of forklift, safe product placement, product protection, and cold chain standards.
• Carrying out job functions and responsibilities as assigned.
• Supporting the application of club policies, procedures and compliance.

• Ensuring all items are stocked and promotional plans are executed.
• Maintaining visible accurate signage.
• Ensuring the club is clean and organized, inside and out.
• Understanding how to access and read production and/or financial performance reporting for your department.
• Seeing the connection between consistent execution and the positive impact it can have on the business.
• Properly researching and annotating receiving reports including, but not limited to, direct-to-club reports and negative-on-hand reports.
• Supporting processing and organization of files, receipts and outbound shipment paperwork.
• Maintaining dock security, conducting bag checks, and monitoring the flow of team members and visitors in and out of receiving and secure areas.
• Ensuring compactors are locked, secured, only used by authorized personnel and that all product has been properly accounted for.
• Safely operating a forklift and receiving merchandise accurately and according to company process and policy.
• Ensuring received merchandise is properly stored according to product specifications.
• Receiving Direct Store Delivery (DSD) loads and processing DSD credits as needed.
• Processing reverse logistic information and corporate-office-initiated returns.
• Ensuring the dock is organized and clean.
• Maintaining all club policies and procedures.
• Performing other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of this job.
