Full Time - Receiver/Stocker - Overnight
About The Position
As a Receiver/Stocker at Lowe’s, you help keep the store clean, safe, and ready for customers by accurately receiving freight, stocking shelves, and organizing merchandise and top stock. You unload deliveries, handle equipment and hazardous materials safely, and prepare your work area for daily operations. The role is physical and fast-paced, requires safe lifting practices and attention to detail, and involves spending most of the shift on your feet. Work hours may include overnight shifts depending on store needs. You may also assist customers and teammates with a friendly, professional attitude. In Pro Fulfillment Stores, additional duties include picking and staging Flatbed Delivery orders in the Orders App, loading orders safely and accurately, rotating orders by delivery date, resolving customer order issues, communicating with customers about delivery satisfaction, and following Delivery Readiness best practices. The position does not require regular travel, though occasional travel may be needed for meetings, training, or support at nearby stores. Working conditions may include indoor and outdoor environments, varying climates, noise, and moving or shaking objects and equipment. Associates must follow lifting guidelines, limiting single lifts to 75 pounds; team lifts and powered equipment should be used as appropriate, with proper training or assistance from a trained coworker.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of the education requirement, if applicable.
- Follow safe lifting practices and lifting guidelines, including limiting single lifts to 75 pounds.

- Provide friendly, professional support to customers and teammates.
Nice To Haves
- 3 months of experience operating forklifts or power equipment such as lifts and order pickers.
- 6 months of experience in a warehouse performing inventory handling and stocking.
- Bilingual, military, or veteran experience or background is encouraged.
Responsibilities
- Deliver SMART customer service by assisting customers, answering questions, and offering support during projects.
- Unload freight, stock merchandise, down-stock products, organize shelves, and set up pallets.
- Verify deliveries, complete dock preparation, and support store operations using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following procedures for hazardous materials, equipment use, and housekeeping.
- Operate store equipment including scanners, Zebra phones, balers, and other tools as needed.
- Work as a team member to complete other assigned tasks.
- At Pro Fulfillment Stores, use the Orders App to pick and stage Flatbed Delivery orders.
- Load delivery orders while ensuring quality, accuracy, and safe loading practices.
- Rotate orders by delivery date and resolve customer order issues.
- Communicate proactively with customers to ensure delivery satisfaction.
- Execute Delivery Readiness best practices.
